How do I know my art is original?

All of our works come with a one-of-a-kind Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist that created your piece. At Discover Emerging Artists Showcase we do not sell art that has been produced in limited or open editions, prints, lithographs, serigraphs, giclées, or etchings.

 

How are shipping rates calculated?

The cost of shipping each item is calculated by adding the cost of shipping materials to the average cost of shipping an item of that size to the contiguous United States. For shipping outside the contiguous United States, contact us.


 

How can I track the progress of my shipment?

You can track your package via the website of the courier that we used to ship your item— which will be either UPS, DHL or FedEx. In the email we sent you verifying that your item had been shipped, we sent you the name of the shipping company and a tracking number.

 

How do I use the tracking number?

Please follow the link below to enter the tracking number into the system of the courier that we used to ship your package:

 

UPS: www.ups.com

FEDEX: www.fedex.com

USPS: www.usps.com

What if I have trouble tracking my package?

If you are having any difficulties tracking your item, please send us an email at: orders@disovereas.com.   

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

 

Sometimes a piece just doesn’t work in your space like you had thought it would. No worries!

 

Packaging your return

For items that arrived UNDAMAGED contact us via email at orders@discoveroriginalartonline.com within three (3) days of the delivery of your item for a Return Authorization.

 

The item must be returned in perfect condition in the packaging that it was originally shipped to you in.

 

If you have discarded the original packaging, you will need to purchase new packing materials of the same type and quality as the original materials in order to package your return. 

 

Return shipping window

Once you receive a Return Authorization, you will have three (3) days in which to ship the item out. 


Cost of the return

You will need to pay any shipping fees to return the item directly to the shipper when you drop the item off. Don't forget to insure the item for its full value! If the work is damaged in return shipping, you will need to be able to recover the cost of the item from the shipper, as we do not issue refunds for works that arrived safely and then are returned damaged.

 

Return ineligibility

If you do not request a Return Authorization within three (3) days, or you do not ship the item within three (3) days of receiving your Return Authorization, you will not be eligible for a refund. Returns sent without a Return Authorizations will not be accepted.

 

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment source within one business day after the item has been returned in perfect condition at our facility.

 

REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

 

1. If your item arrives damaged, please immediately take a picture of the damages to the artwork AND the condition of the packaging that the art was sent in.   

 

2. Notification and pictures of damaged work must be sent to Discover Emerging Artists Showcase (support@discovereas.com) within 3 days of the receipt of your item. Once the return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization notification from our staff.

 

3. The item must then be returned within 3 days after the Return Authorization has been received from Discover Emerging Artists Showcase.  Returns sent without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

 

4. A refund will be applied to your original payment source for the full purchase price of the item within 48 hours of the receipt of the returned item to our facility.
